spring is here and time to get the instant coffee t-shirt show on the road again
some updates on t-shirt events:
in the old fashioned instant coffee manner we are infiltrating the power plant opening, which is happening on friday june 14, 7-11 pm.
our friends dave armstrong and germaine and nestor kruger are opening that night, so we should be in good company to help them celebrate, while promoting individual designs and handing out catalogues for the instant coffee t-shirt show
fashion television is interested in covering the t-shirt show and this event
we are thinking about having a cocktail at UDT; think of it as a fashion show of t-shirt designs taking place at UDT
plan is simple
we descend on the opening, each wearing a t-shirt of our own design (or get others to wear them)
first we meet at the UDT around 5 pm which is parked behind 101 niagara street, hopefully this will give fashion television time to get some footage of t-shirt designs and artists -the parking lot entrance is at the bottom of tecumseth street across the way from the slaughter house
then we can get a limousine to drive us to the powerplant opening(dreaming)
let us know if you will attend, or if you will find a substitute body to wear your design(s), or give us a shirt so we can get someone to wear it. more details to come
