Instant Coffee will be unveiling the Discotron, a modified vintage Hi-fi DIY disco console. "Cooler speakers" and "suitcase speakers" (functional multiples) will be hooked up as satellite soundsystems. Also available will be the disco danglers. Spring is just around the corner.
Instant Coffee is a Vancouver and Toronto-based service-oriented collective of artists, writers, curators, designers and code writers. Recent exhibitions include Êa residency at Sparwasser HQ, Berlin and San Jaun Print Trienal in Puerto Rico. The group is currently preparing for exhibitons at the Yerba Buena Art Centre in San Francisco and Or Gallery, Vancouver.
